We are a small family operation, not a sale barn with a standing lot. Cattle become available as animals mature and as the herd develops, which means the honest answer to "what do you have right now" is one we would rather give you directly than guess at on a web page.
So we do not publish an inventory list here. The Ranch
Faria's Sunset Ranch is a family-owned, family-run cattle operation in Clermont, Florida, in Lake County, part of the greater Orlando and Central Florida area. We raise registered Brangus on open pasture, and our cattle are registered through the International Brangus Breeders Association. The family does the work here, every day.

Documentation
A pasture full of black cattle can look much the same from the fence line. What separates registered cattle from commercial cattle is documentation, and for a buyer that documentation matters.
Our Brangus are registered through the International Brangus Breeders Association. The registration record documents the animal's ancestry with the breed association, giving a buyer a documented record of what is behind the animal. Registration paperwork is specific to an individual animal. When you are talking with us about a particular animal, ask about its documentation directly and we will go over exactly what comes with it.
The Breed
Brangus combines Brahman and Angus genetics, traditionally three-eighths Brahman and five-eighths Angus. Brahman influence is one reason Brangus is well suited to hot, humid cattle country like Florida, while the Angus side is part of the breed's beef-cattle foundation. Our registered cattle are documented through the IBBA.

How Buying Works
Buying cattle here is a conversation, not a checkout button. We would rather spend ten minutes on the phone understanding what you actually need than have you drive out for an animal that was never going to suit you.
Call, text, email, or send the form. Tell us the kind of animal you are looking for and what you want it for, whether that is starting a herd, adding genetics to one you already run, or something else.
We will tell you whether we have something that fits, whether something is coming along, or whether we are not the right fit right now. We would rather send you elsewhere than sell you the wrong animal.
If there is a fit, we talk through that particular animal, including its registration and documentation, and answer any questions you have before anything is decided.
Good things to have ready when you call: the type of animal you have in mind, what you intend to use it for, roughly when you are looking to buy, and where you are located in Florida.
Those four answers let us give you something useful on the first call instead of trading messages for a week.
