Faria’s Sunset Ranch is a privately owned, working cattle ranch spanning over 30 acres in Central Florida, where land stewardship, animal care, and long-term sustainability come first.

Faria’s Sunset Ranch is a privately owned, working cattle ranch shaped by a hands-on approach to daily operations and land management. The ranch is managed with a focus on consistency, discipline, and respect for the natural rhythms of the land.
Rather than operating as a commercial attraction or high-volume operation, the ranch is intentionally structured to remain calm, orderly, and productive. Day-to-day work includes monitoring herd behavior, maintaining fencing and pasture conditions, and ensuring the land continues to support healthy grazing cycles.
This approach allows the ranch to grow thoughtfully while preserving the working nature of the property and the quality of life for both livestock and those who manage it.
With a commitment to land stewardship, responsible grazing, and animal care, Faria’s Sunset Ranch is built to remain productive, secure, and sustainable for generations to come.
Faria’s Sunset Ranch spans more than 30 acres of fully fenced land located between Lake Gary and Lake Nellie in Central Florida. The ranch operates as a working cattle operation, with a primary focus on pasture-based grazing and herd health.
Every improvement to the property is made with long-term land use in mind, ensuring the soil, pasture, and livestock are cared for responsibly.
In addition to cattle operations, the ranch offers limited RV and boat storage in designated areas of the property. As the ranch continues to grow, plans include offering ranch-raised beef, live cattle sales, and select agritourism experiences on Sundays.
All access to the ranch is controlled, and the property is secured with full fencing and surveillance to maintain privacy and safety.
